Getting Started with MAXMONEY

This guide provides the essential steps to begin using your MAXMONEY system, from initial setup to performing your first tasks.

1. Initial Setup and Registration

Before you can log in, you must be registered as a user.

  1. Register: Contact Mycomax to register your organization for the MAXMONEY system.
  2. User Credentials: Ask your designated Group Setup Administrator (GSA) to complete the system setup. The GSA will provide you with your:
    • Login Username and Password
    • Assigned Cash Box Name and Password
  3. Training (Recommended): To familiarize yourself with the system, we highly recommend you watch our free eLearning training videos and presentations, available on the online Mycomax channel.

2. Logging In for the First Time

  1. Navigate to the MAXMONEY login page using one of the following URLs:
  2. Enter your Username and Password and click Login.
  3. Select your assigned Branch.
  4. Select your assigned Cash Box and enter the Cash Box Password.

3. Basic Operations

Once logged in, you can begin performing key tasks:

Important: For security, always remember to Log Out from the system when you have finished your session.


System Requirements & Recommendations

For the best user experience, please ensure your system meets the following recommendations.

 Item  Recommendation  Details
 Web Browser  Firefox (Preferred)  MAXMONEY is optimized for Firefox. While other modern browsers may work, we advise using Firefox for optimal performance.
 Screen Resolution  1920 x 1080 (Minimum)  Set your display resolution to at least 1920 x 1080 for the best appearance.
