Batch The
Client Status Label Import Batch tool allows users to perform bulk updates to
client status labels and display notes via file upload. Navigation and Security Process Overview When a
file is submitted, the system initiates a background process (Celery task) to update the records. Results and Reporting
Once the process is
complete, users can review the outcome under: MaxMoney > Processing > Logs
> Client Status Label Import Batch
From this screen, you can download two files: The Log
File includes the specific row number from your import file to help identify and correct
data issues. Common errors include: [!IMPORTANT] Branch Level
Numbering : If the
Merchant legal entity has Branch Level Client Numbering enabled, the import only
applies to the branch the user is currently logged into. To update clients
across multiple branches, a separate import must be performed for each
branch.
