Overview
1. Transaction Workflow
RealPay Instant EFT allows Microfinance Lending Entities
(MLEs) to collect loan payments instantly via a secure digital link sent
directly to the client. The client authorizes the payment using their own online
banking platform. [MLE creates
Receipt] --> [Client receives SMS] --> [Client Authenticates via
Bank] The Transaction Flow
2. System Configurations
Before processing Instant EFT transactions, the following
configurations must be completed across MaxAdmin
and MaxMoney. 2.1 MaxAdmin Configurations (Botswana
Specific)
2.2 MaxMoney System Setup
2.3 MaxCollect - CSP Settings
Configure the Payment Service Provider (CSP) parameters
exactly as
outlined below: 3. User Operations in MaxMoney

Status
Upon clicking Collect Now,
you will be redirected to the Instant EFT Status page.
[!NOTE] RealPay status updates are not instantaneous. If a
client approves a transaction, it may take 1 to 2 minutes for the system to
reflect the update. The status will show as Future
during this propagation delay. 3.3 Alternative Monitoring (Instant EFT
Log)
If an operator needs to navigate
away from the processing page, they can monitor transactions asynchronously: 3.4 Automated Background Processing
A scheduled background process (Celery task) runs twice
daily at 07:30 and 15:30
