Set Up Roles

To ensure users have the correct access for RealPay integration, you'll need to enable specific security options within their assigned Roles.

1. Navigate to Setup > Security > Roles.

2. Select the Role you wish to configure.

3. Under the Loans section, enable:

   • MaxCollect Parameters

4. Under the Processing section, enable:

   • MaxCollect Resubmission Instalments

5. Under the Setup section, enable:

   • MaxCollect CSP's

   • MaxCollect CSP's User Setup

   • MaxCollect General

   • MaxCollect Real Pay Bank Setup

   • MaxCollect Tracking
