Overview

This section details the necessary role configurations within MAXMONEY to grant users access to various VeriCred functionalities. Proper role assignment ensures that users can perform VeriCred enquiries, generate reports, and configure system settings.

Procedure

To set up roles for VeriCred access, follow this navigation path:

Navigation: Setup > Security > Roles

  1. Select and Edit the relevant user roles (e.g., "Loan Officer," "Credit Analyst," "Administrator").

  2. Assign the following permissions to the selected roles as required:

    Initiates a general credit enquiry for clients.

    VeriCred Client Income Estimation Enquiry

    Performs an income estimation check for clients.

    VeriCred Client Optimal Debit Dates Enquiry

    Determines optimal debit dates for clients.

    VeriCred Client Personal Verification Enquiry

    Performs personal identity verification for clients.

    VeriCred Client Property Owner Enquiry

    Checks if a client is a property owner.

    VeriCred Non Client Enquiry

    Initiates an enquiry for individuals not yet registered as clients.
