A dedicated ledger must be set up for each GLP product to track financial movements.

• Navigate to: Setup > Accounting > Ledgers.

• Configuration: If Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable, select VAT Type = Output to enable VAT calculation for the ledger.

• Example:

  • Main Account: 2500

  • Sub-Account: 0001

  • Description: Credit Insurance Charged

  • Control Account Type : General

  • Financial Report: Statement of Financial Performance

  • Display in Financial Category : Other Revenue
