Allps SEFT
This guide outlines the specific process for
creating a loan for a client whose repayments will be collected from their SASSA
grant via the Allps EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), SEFT (SASSA EFT), or
DebiCheck service. This integrated workflow ensures that the payback instruction
is correctly registered with Allps and that all necessary compliance and
documentation steps are completed. On the first screen of the New Loan wizard
("Loan Product and Status"), it is critical to select one of the following from
the Payback Type dropdown list: Proceed with the loan creation process as usual,
completing the Loan Amount, Term, and Fee details on the subsequent screens. This screen configures the specific parameters
for the Allps collection. The system will automatically register the client with
Allps if they are not already on the platform. On the loan summary screen, specify how the
client will receive the loan funds: The process requires the client (borrower) to
physically authenticate the payback instruction on a TT3
terminal. This step authorizes Allps to collect the repayments from the
client's account. Once all details are confirmed and the mandate
is authenticated, click the Finish button on the final screen
of the wizard. This action performs two key functions: Upon successful registration, hyperlinks to the
final documents, including the Payback Instruction Mandate,
will be displayed. You can then view, download, and print them. It is critical for compliance that the client
signs all required documents.
