Exporting Loan
Handover Data to Excalibur
This section
describes how to export loan data to Excalibur, typically for debt
collection purposes, allowing for detailed filtering and selection of loans. This
section outlines the operational procedures and technical specifications for
the Excalibur Export within the system. It serves as a comprehensive manual for
generating data exports related to debt collection and the management of
defaulted loans. The documentation specifies necessary user permissions, data
formatting rules, and the exact navigation path required to access the report.
Furthermore, it provides an exhaustive list of data fields, encompassing sensitive
client identities, employment history, and detailed financial statuses such
as write-off amounts and arrears.
To access this process, navigate to
Processing > Debt Collecting > Export Loan Handover
Excalibur.
Process Functionality
This feature allows you to export comprehensive
loan data for a specified date range. You can use various filters to narrow down
the loans included in the export.
Filter and Selection Options
You can refine your export by applying filters in
the following categories:
General
- Loan Branch: Filter by the branch where the loan
was originally created.
- Region: Filter by the region where the loan was
created.
- User: Filter by the specific user who created
the loan.
- Client Status: Filter by the
client's current status. Options include:
- All
- Awaiting Approval
- New
- Good
- Risky
- Tracing
- Debt Collecting
- Impaired Record
- Deceased
- See Note
Transaction
- Written Off Start Date: Specify the earliest
date for loans that have been written off.
- Written Off End Date: Specify
the latest date for loans that have been written off.
Loan
- Loan Start Date: Specify the earliest loan
agreement date to include.
- Loan End Date: Specify the latest loan agreement
date to include.
- Hand Over Start Date: Specify the earliest date
when loans were handed over.
- Hand Over End Date: Specify the latest date when
loans were handed over.
- Loan Status: Filter by the
current status of the loan. Options include:
- Application
- Not Approved
- Active
- Paid
- Written Off
- Cancelled
- Non-Performing
Process Actions
- Cancel: Click to return to the previous page
without processing the export.
- Finish: Click to initiate the
loan data export process.

recorded for the client.

- Original Loan Amount: The initial loan capital
amount.
- Loan Total: The loan capital plus contracted
charges.
- Outstanding Amount:
- If the current loan status is "Written
Off," the outstanding amount equals the written-off
amount.
- If the loan does not currently have a
"Written Off" status, the outstanding amount equals the handed-over
amount.
- Default Date: The instalment date where the
status is not "paid."
- Days in Arrears
Write Off Information
- Written Off Amount: The bad debt written off
loan transaction amount.
- Written Off Date: The bad
debt written off loan transaction date.
Hand Over Information
- Hand Over Amount: The outstanding amount,
including default charges.
- Loan Hand Over Date: The system retrieves this
date from the client log, indicating when the status was changed to
"handed-over."
- Hand Over To: Currently not available.
- Response Code: This new
column displays the most recent response code from the 'MaxCollect DPH Import
Log Detail Item' that corresponds to the loan entry in the report. If no
matching information is found, the column will remain blank.
