Loan Transaction Ageing Report
Overview
The Loan Transaction Age Analysis Report provides a snapshot of
all Active and Non-performing loans that had an outstanding balance on a
specific date. The report categorizes the outstanding balance of each loan into
ageing brackets (e.g., Current, 30 days, 60 days overdue) to help you assess the
overall health and risk of the loan portfolio.
The key feature of this report is that it ages the entire
outstanding loan balance based on the due date of the oldest outstanding
instalment. This method is similar to a Portfolio at Risk (PAR) calculation and
is crucial for understanding the extent of delinquency in your debtors'
book.
