This report provides a list of all loans created within a specific hour. You can print, view, or email the report.

Resources

To enable access to this report, go to Setups > Security > Roles and enable the Loans Per Hour Report resource for the relevant role.

How to Access the Report

In MaxMoney, go to Reporting > Loan > Loans Per Hour Report.

Report Filters

You can refine your report results using the following filters:

General

• Branch: View only loans associated with a specific home Branch.

• Region: View loans linked to a specific region's branch.

• User: View loans created by a specific user.

• File Format: Select the desired file format for the report.

• Print Report: Select this checkbox to generate a printable report.

Client

• Loan Date Start & End: View loans where the loan agreement date falls within a specific date range.

• Start and End Time: View loans created within a specific time range. Note: The date range must be for only one day.

• Status: View loans with a specific status.

Buttons (Filter Page)

• Finish: Select this button to generate the report.

• Cancel: Select this button to cancel the request.

Processing Status

This report will be generated under Processing Status.

1. Wait until the report status is Completed. You can refresh the Processing Status page by clicking the Submit button.

2. When the report status is Completed, click the report name to navigate to the next page where you can download it.

Output

The report will be generated in the following formats:

• XLSX: Click the hyperlink to open or download the report.

• CSV

• PDF

• HTML

Buttons (Output Page)

• Back to processing status: Select this option to return to the Processing Status page.

• Back to Filter Option: Select this option to return to the report filter page.

• Email Report: Select this button to receive this report via email. Users who can receive reports via email must be set up in advance under Setups - Reporting - Reports Email Setup. They must also have valid email addresses on their user setup under Setups - Security - Users.

Report Columns

The report displays the following information:

• New Clients: The number of clients created in the specified time period.

• Number of Loans: The total number of loans created in the time period.

• Loan Amount: The total sum of the loan amounts for loans created in the time period.

• Number of Loans Registered at CSP: The number of loans created during the time period that have a Registered Payback Instruction.

• Number of MaxUp: The number of new value add products created on clients in the period.
