This section explains how to configure email notifications for user logins within MAXMONEY.

To set up these alerts, go to MAXMONEY > Setups > MAXMAIL > MaxMail Login Notification Setup.

Configuration Options

1.1. Email Logs to

Select the recipient(s) who should receive these login notifications.

1.2. Email Day

This feature allows you to notify management when users log in on specific days. For example, if you configure it for Sunday logins, an email alert containing the username, date, and time of the login will be sent to the selected email recipient(s).

1.3. Record Details

This section displays information about when the login notification setup was created or last modified:

• Record Date: The date the setup record was completed.
• Record Time: The time the setup record was completed.
• Record User: The user who completed the setup record.
