Messaging
MAXCHAT is an internal messaging module within MAXMONEY designed
to facilitate real-time text communication among users within a legal entity.
This functionality can be configured to operate entity-wide or be restricted to
specific branch levels. Messages sent through MAXCHAT are visible to all
authorized users within the configured scope, promoting efficient collaboration

The following configurations must be completed once-off within
MAXMONEY to enable and manage MAXCHAT. To grant users the ability to access and configure MAXCHAT, the
following resources must be assigned to their respective roles: Navigate to: Edit Role and ensure the following resources are
enabled: MaxChat Allow Chat: Permits the user to participate
in and view chat messages. MaxChat Setup: Grants the user access to configure

functionality. MAXCHAT allows for internal text messaging within your legal
entity and can be restricted to specific branches for localized communication.
It also integrates seamlessly with the Workflow: Credit Control Approval
process. Users wishing to utilize the MAXCHAT functionality must open it
from the main menu: Action: Select MaxChat from the system
menu. Once MAXCHAT is open, the Chat Panel allows users to send and
receive messages: Sending Messages: Type your message into the input
field and press Enter. Visibility: All users within the configured legal
entity or branch who have MAXCHAT open will be able to see the message, along
with an indicator of who sent it. MAXCHAT is integrated with the Credit Control Workflow to
provide automatic notifications for key actions: Override Request Creation: When a user creates an
override request in the Credit Control Workflow, a corresponding MAXCHAT
message is automatically generated and sent. Override Request Approval/Rejection: When a user
approves or rejects an override request in the Credit Control Workflow, a
MAXCHAT message is automatically generated to reflect this
