MAXCHAT is integrated with the Credit Control Workflow to provide automatic notifications for key actions:

• Override Request Creation: When a user creates an override request in the Credit Control Workflow, a corresponding MAXCHAT message is automatically generated and sent.

• Override Request Approval/Rejection: When a user approves or rejects an override request in the Credit Control Workflow, a MAXCHAT message is automatically generated to reflect this action.
