of the TechnoMetrix
functionality.
Ensure that each user's cell phone number and country are accurately entered in their
setup.
Navigate to Setups > Security > Users > Edit
User. Upon logging into the system, the user will receive a One-Time PIN
(OTP) via SMS on their
registered cell phone. The user must enter this OTP into the system to complete
the login process. Correct OTP entry grants access.
The Loan OTP is a critical security measure. The borrower should
only provide the OTP if they fully approve and accept the loan terms. The client's cell phone number must be
enrolled once to enable OTP functionalities for loans.
Navigate to Client Administration > Search for a Client > Edit
Client > Address. Enter the client's cell phone number. Click the Save button. Click the Enrol Client button. The borrower will receive an SMS containing their OTP. The borrower must provide this OTP to the
user. The user must Enter the OTP into MAXMONEY and click the
Verify button. Watch this video on YouTube for a visual guide: Important Notes on
Cell Phone Number Changes: Only users with the necessary security
rights can change an enrolled cell phone number.
To enable a user to change a cell phone number, they must have the
"Clear Enrolment"
resource assigned to their role. Setups > Security > Roles > Edit
Role. Watch this video on YouTube for guidance on changing enrolled numbers:
Create a loan as
usual. On the loan Summary screen, if the loan amount is equal to or
exceeds the configured TechnoMetrix Loan OTP amount, a "TechnoMetrix
Loan Validation"
button will appear. Click the "TechnoMetrix Loan Validation" button to start the
authentication process.
The borrower will receive an OTP on their cell phone. If the borrower approves and accepts the
loan, they must provide the OTP.
The user must Enter the OTP into MAXMONEY and click
Verify. If the OTP is correct, the "Finish" button will become available in
MAXMONEY.
Electronic Signature on Loan Agreement: When the OTP is successfully verified, the loan
agreement will be electronically signed, displaying:
Manual Signature (if not electronically signed): If a loan is not electronically signed
(e.g., if the OTP is not verified or enrolment is not present), the loan
agreement will require a manual signature:
Manual Signature (with OTP override): If a user overrides the OTP verification (requiring
appropriate permissions), the loan agreement will reflect this and require a
manual signature:
