MAXMONEY can automatically send various SMS batches based on predefined criteria. You can generate a report for all automatic SMS sends under Reporting > MAXSMS > MaxSMS Detail Report.

3.1 Automatic Payment Arrears (2 days)

• Trigger: An instalment is 2 days in arrears, and the arrears amount exceeds the minimum set in the setup.

3.2 Automatic Payment Arrears (4 days)

• Trigger: An instalment is 4 days in arrears, and the arrears amount exceeds the minimum set in the setup.

3.3 Automatic Payment Arrears (30 days)

• Trigger: An instalment is 30 days in arrears, and the arrears amount exceeds the minimum set in the setup.

3.4 Automatic Payment Arrears (60 days)

• Trigger: An instalment is 60 days in arrears, and the arrears amount exceeds the minimum set in the setup.

3.5 Automatic Payment Arrears (90 days)

• Trigger: An instalment is 90 days in arrears, and the arrears amount exceeds the minimum set in the setup.

3.6 Automatic Payment Reminder

• Trigger: An instalment is in arrears. The number of days for this trigger is specified in the setup.

3.7 Automatic Repeat Loan

• Trigger: A client has a "Good" status, "New Loans Allowed" is enabled, and all their loans are paid up.

• A "Daily MaxSMS Repeat Loan Send Report" will be sent to the Owner's email (ensure it's entered in the setup).

3.8 Automatic Payment Received

• Trigger : Full payment of an instalment.

3.9 Automatic Birthday

• Trigger: On the day of the client's birthday.

3.10 Automatic New Loan

• Trigger: Sent on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of the month to "Inactive Clients" with a "Good" status and "New Loans Allowed" enabled.

• A "Daily MaxSMS Automatic New Loan Send Report" will be sent to the Owner's email (ensure it's entered in the setup).
