Batch SMS (manually)
MAXMONEY allows you to send various types of SMS batches manually to
clients. Send SMS messages to borrowers eligible for another loan. Target Clients: "Good Clients" with "New Loans Allowed" enabled and
all previous loan instalments paid up. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to Repeat
Loan. Employer Search (Optional): Enter an employer name (full or partial)
and click Search to filter clients by employer. Leave empty to include
all. Employer: Select a specific employer from the dropdown
list. Click Continue. The next screen displays the number of SMSs and the
message content. You can then choose to Send them or click Back to
cancel. Generate a Report: To view clients who received this SMS batch: Navigate to Reporting > MAXSMS > MaxSMS Detail
Report. Set Type = Repeat Loan SMS. Set Date Selection = the date the SMS was
sent. Send SMS messages to borrowers with only a final loan payment
outstanding. Target Clients: "Good Clients" with "New Loans Allowed" enabled and
only the final payment outstanding. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to Payment
Final. (As of MAXMONEY v15.6, the date range is removed and includes all
clients with one outstanding/due instalment). Click Continue. The next screen displays the number of SMSs and the
message content. You can then choose to Send them or click Back to
cancel. Generate a Report: To view clients who received this SMS batch: Navigate to Reporting > MAXSMS > MaxSMS Detail
Report. Set Type = Payment Final SMS. Set Date Selection = the date the SMS was
sent. Send SMS messages to borrowers who have made a payment. Target Clients: "Good Clients" with "New Loans Allowed" enabled who
made a full payment that changed an instalment status to "Paid". Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to Payment
Received. Date Range: Works according to the instalment date. Minimum Instalment Amount: An SMS is sent only if the payment
received is greater than this minimum amount. Click Continue. The next screen displays the number of SMSs and the
message content. You can then choose to Send them or click Back to
cancel. Generate a Report: To view clients who received this SMS batch: Navigate to Reporting > MAXSMS > MaxSMS Detail
Report. Set Type = Payment SMS. Set Date Selection = the date the SMS was
sent. Send marketing or informational SMSs to clients based on their status. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to
CRM. Current Credit: Displays the actual available SMS credits for the
entity. Monthly Limit: Shows the maximum credits allowed per month
(configured by the entity) and how many credits remain for the current
calendar month. An SMS may use more than one credit depending on character
count. Select the Client Statuses: The SMS will be sent to clients with the
selected status(es). Generate a Report: To view clients who received this SMS batch: Navigate to Reporting > MAXSMS > MaxSMS Detail
Report. Set Type = CRM SMS. Set Date Selection = the date the SMS was
sent. Send CRM SMSs to borrowers based on their loan status. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to CRM on Loan
Status. Target Clients: Clients with a loan matching the selected loan
status. Filtering: If "Application" or "Active" is selected, SMSs are filtered
by Loan creation date. If "Non-performing," "Written-off," or "Cancelled" is
selected, SMSs are filtered by the loan's log date. If "Not Approved" is selected, SMSs are filtered by the loan's
updated date. If "Paid" is selected, SMSs are filtered by the last
instalment's date. Message: Select the specific message to be sent. Send SMS messages to borrowers who are in arrears. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to Payment
Arrears. Target Clients: Clients with an active loan instalment in
arrears. Send SMS messages to inactive clients who may be eligible for a new loan. Navigate to: Processing > MAXSMS > Send SMS to New
Loan. Target Clients: Inactive clients with a "Good" status and "New Loans
Allowed" enabled. To view a log of executed SMS processes: Navigate to MAXMONEY > Processing > Logs > MAXSMS. Select a date range and click Submit. A maximum of 100
entries will be displayed. To view your SMS usage: Navigate to Processing > MAXSMS > Display
