MAXSMS Roles
This section outlines the necessary role-based security settings for
accessing and managing the MAXSMS module. To configure user roles for MAXSMS, navigate to Setups > Security >
Roles > Edit Role. Within the "Edit Role" screen, you'll find various resources related to
MAXSMS. Granting these resources to a role will provide users assigned to that
role with the corresponding access and permissions: Processing : MAXSMS: This resource grants users the ability to
execute various SMS processing functions, such as sending manual batch
SMSs. Report: MAXSMS Detail: Allows users to view detailed reports on sent
SMS messages (excluding TechnoMetrix User OTP and MIS Daily/Monthly
SMSs). Report: MAXSMS Login Detail: Provides access to reports detailing
SMS messages sent for user login authentication (TechnoMetrix User
OTPs). Report: MAXSMS MIS Detail: Enables users to view reports related to
Management Information System (MIS) daily and monthly SMS summaries. Report: MAXSMS Reply Detail: Grants access to reports showing
replies received for SMS messages. Report: MAXSMS: TechnoMetrix - Contracts issued Report: Allows users
to view a report on contracts issued via TechnoMetrix SMS. Setup : MAXSMS General Setup: Provides access to the general
configuration settings for the MAXSMS module. MaxSMS Payment Arrears Setup: Grants permission to configure the
settings for automatic payment arrears SMS notifications. MaxSMS Replies Setup: Allows users to access and configure the setup
for handling replies received on SMS
