MAXSMS Message

SMS Message Setup

Overview

This section explains how to configure your SMS messages within MAXSMS. To access these settings, go to Setups > MaxSMS > Messages.

To utilize this feature, the MaxSMS General Setups resource must be activated for your user role.


Customizing Messages

You can create your own personalized SMS messages here. To automatically insert client-specific details into your messages, you can use merge fields (tokens).

Important Note: When using tokens, always include a space before and after the token to ensure it merges correctly into the message. Do not start a message directly with a token.


Available Default Messages

You can customize the following default SMS messages:

  • MaxSMS New Loan Default Message

  • MaxSMS Payment Final Default Message

  • MaxSMS Automatic Payment Arrears (4 days) Default Message
  • MaxSMS Automatic Payment Arrears (30 days) Default Message
  • MaxSMS Automatic Payment Arrears (60 days) Default Message
  • MaxSMS Automatic Payment Arrears (90 days) Default Message
