Overview

The Payment Arrears Setup allows you to configure a minimum arrears amount for sending automated SMS notifications to clients. This ensures that SMS messages are only dispatched for arrears that exceed a specified threshold.

How to Access

To configure the Payment Arrears Setup, navigate to:

Setups > MAXSMS > Payment Arrears Setup

Configuration

• Minimum Arrears Amount: Set a numerical value for the minimum arrears amount.

• Functionality: SMS messages regarding payment arrears will only be sent to clients whose outstanding arrears amount is greater than the minimum amount you have set.
