Overview

The MaxSMS Short Code Reply Report provides details on replies received via MaxSMS short codes.

Security and Access

To access this report, your user role needs the MAXSMS Short Codes Reply Detail Report option enabled under the Report section in Role Setup.

You can access the report by navigating to: Reporting > MaxSMS > MAXSMS Short Codes Reply Detail Report.

Report Filters

The report uses the following filters to help you specify your search:

• SMS Date Start: This is a required field. Enter the start date in dd/mm/yyyy format to define the beginning of the date range for your report.

• SMS Date End: This is a required field. Enter the end date in dd/mm/yyyy format to complete the date range for your report.

Available Buttons

• Finish: Select this button to generate the report based on your selected date range.

• Cancel: Select this button to cancel your request and return to the previous page.
