Our Management Information System (MIS) is a comprehensive solution designed to give you full control over your business operations through powerful reporting, robust security, and integrated functionalities.

1. Reporting

Effective reporting is the core of any MIS, allowing you to identify financial trends, manage risk, and monitor performance. We provide a suite of reports to help you manage key business areas. Additionally, most reports include powerful filters, allowing you to drill down into the data by branch, salesperson, user, employer, and more.

Key Reports Include, but is not limited to:

Report Name	Description
All Cash Box Summary	Identifies any cash boxes that are not in balance.
Trial Balance	Provides a financial overview to help determine profitability.
Rescheduled Instalment Details	Lists all instalments that were modified after the original Loan Agreement was signed.
Follow Up	Shows all instalments that are past their due date but have not yet been paid.
Client Payment per Employer	Displays outstanding instalments for employees of a specific employer.

2. Security

Managing financial data requires strict access control. Our system includes a flexible security framework that you can customize to fit your unique business needs, ensuring that users can only access information relevant to their roles.

Group Setup Administrator (GSA): We utilize the role of a Group Setup Administrator (GSA), who is responsible for configuring all security levels and user rights within your organization.
Support: Our call centre is available to assist your GSA with the initial setup of your legal entity, branches, and users.

3. Integrated System Features

Our goal is to provide a single, integrated system to manage all your products and functions efficiently. Key features of the system include, but is not limited to:

Organizational Setup: Configure a main legal entity with multiple branches.
Financial Management: View the real-time status of cash boxes and monitor accumulated profit or loss.
Access Control: Set up granular security levels and user rights. Access for both users and cash boxes is controlled by unique passwords.
Accounting: Maintain a General Ledger that can be viewed per entity or per branch, and generate receipts for custom date periods.
Payment Management: Easily manage pay days and payment information.
Interest Calculation: Both Compound and Simple interest calculation methods are available. (Note: This feature is not applicable within the Republic of South Africa.)
Product Customization: Define and set up loan products specific to your business rules.
Data Management: Access your data securely over the internet from any location. All data backups and month-end processes are run automatically by the Service Provider.
