MIS Dashboard

1. Overview

The Management Information System (MIS) Dashboard is a powerful module in MAXMONEY designed to give you a clear, at-a-glance summary of your key business performance indicators.

It provides a consolidated view of your microlending operations over a specific week, month, or any custom date range. With the MIS Dashboard, you can instantly track metrics related to new loans, client growth, revenue, arrears, system usage, and more, all from a single screen.

2. Activating the MIS Dashboard Module

To use the MIS Dashboard, the module must first be activated for your account. A monthly fee is applicable for this feature.

Here is the process for activation:

  1. Request the Module: Contact Mycomax support or your account manager to request the activation of the MIS Dashboard module.
  2. Receive Quote: Mycomax will provide you with a quote for the monthly fee.
  3. Accept Quote: Once you accept the quote, the process will continue.
  4. Activation and Invoicing: Mycomax will enable the module for your MAXMONEY account and will invoice you for the monthly costs.
  5. Guided Setup: A Mycomax Support representative will guide you through the initial setup and demonstrate how to use the dashboard effectively.

3. Initial Configuration (One-Time Setup)

Before users can view the dashboard, an administrator must perform a one-time setup in both MAXADMIN and MAXMONEY.

3.1. Administrator Setup (MAXADMIN)

This step links the MIS Dashboard module to your business entity.

  1. Enable the Module on a Product:

    • Navigate to MAXADMIN > MAXMONEY Products.
    • Set up the MIS Dashboard module as required.
  2. Assign the Product to Your Entity:

    • Navigate to MAXADMIN > Legal Entity.
    • Search for and Edit your business entity.
    • In the product section, search for and select the MIS Dashboard product.
    • Save the changes.

3.2. User Role Setup (MAXMONEY)

This step grants your staff access to view the dashboard.

  1. Add Dashboard to a Role:

    • Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles.
    • Select the desired user role (e.g., 'Manager', 'Administrator') and click Edit.
    • Under the available permissions, find and enable the MIS Dashboard permission.
    • Save the role.
  2. Assign Role to Users:

    • Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Users.
    • Select the user you wish to grant access to and click Edit.
    • Ensure the user is assigned the role you modified in the previous step.

4. Using the MIS Dashboard

Once configured, the MIS Dashboard is ready to use.

4.1. Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to the MIS Dashboard within your MAXMONEY application. It is typically found under a 'Dashboard' or 'Reporting' menu.

The dashboard is interactive. Use the filters at the top of the screen to control the data you see:


5. Dashboard Metrics Explained

The dashboard is divided into several sections, each displaying key metrics. The data shown reflects the date range and branch selected in the filters.

5.1. Summary

This section provides a high-level overview of your core business activities for the selected period.

5.2. Merchant Metrics

This section details transactional and operational volumes for the period.

5.3. Communication & System Usage

This section tracks system usage and communication credits.
