This section outlines how to configure the general settings for the MAXAVR module.

Overview

The MAXAVR module allows South African users to perform real-time bank account verifications. Please note that not all banks support this function. Before you can access these settings, the MAXAVR module must be enabled on the Legal Entity, and your General Security Administrator (GSA) needs to enable the relevant roles under Setup > Security > Roles.

General Settings

Navigate to Setup > MaxAVR > General. Here, you'll find the following configuration options:

• AVS Transaction Limit for the Month: Specify the maximum number of MAXAVR transactions allowed within a calendar month.
• Enable AVR: Select this option to activate the MAXAVR functionality within the system.
• Initial Setup Perform AVR Verification: Choose this option if you want MAXAVR to be enabled by default for all newly created clients.

Currently, the following fields are validated by the banks through MAXAVR:

• Save: Click this button to permanently store your changes to the database.
• Cancel: Click this button to discard any changes and return to the previous screen.

Update History

The following information tracks changes made to the MAXAVR general settings:

• Username: The username of the individual who last updated the information.
• Date: The date when the information was last updated in the system.
• Time: The local time when the information was last updated in the system.
