Report Client Setups Client General Setup: Go to Setups > Clients >
General. Select the options you wish to implement. The API will
utilize the Payback Type when creating a
client. General Setups for Budgets: Go to Setups > Clients >
General. The API will use and check this setup when creating the
budget for the client. Client Status Setup: Go to Setups > Clients >
Status. You can select "Allow New Loans per Status." The API
will check the client's status against this setting to determine if a new
loan can be granted. Employer: Go to MAXMONEY > Employers. Add the names of employers where borrowers
work. Preferably, also set up the payback type, Preferred
CSP, and Preferred CSP setup for each
employer. Loan Setups Loan Required Documents: Go to Setups > Loan Related > Loan required
documents for the API. This helps automate decision-making for the
API. Select the documents you wish to implement. Validity period: Define the number of months a
document must have been uploaded within. Monthly Upload for Validation Period: If selected, it
indicates that a separate document is applicable for each month within the
validity period and must be uploaded. View File Uploads: Client Administration > Client Search > Edit Client
> Documents > Upload Client Administration > Client Search > Attached
Documentation > Upload Client Administration > Client Search > Loans >
Attached Documentation > Upload Loan General Setup: Go to Setups > Loan Related >
General. Select the options you wish to implement. Consider Force Settlement due to the use of
discounts. Loan Purpose Setup: Go to Setups > Loan Related > Loan Purposes
Disabled. You can disable purposes that users should not utilize. The
API will retrieve the list of available purposes for loan
creation. Payment to 3rd Party Setup: Go to Setups > Loan Related > Payments 3rd Party
> Beneficiary. Add the beneficiaries. The API will retrieve a list of
third-party beneficiaries for claims on the loan. Accounting
Setups Payback Type Setup: Go to Setups > Accounting > Payback Types
Disabled. The API will retrieve a list of available payback types for
loan creation. Ledger Setup: Go to Setups > Accounting > Financial
Ledger. Set up ledgers for events, such as "Payment to 3rd
Party" (for claims) and "Payable to Doctor, Nurse,
Pharmacies." Event Setup: Go to Setups > Accounting > Financial
Event. Set up: Payment to 3rd Party for claims. Link this to the
API cashbox. The API will use this to create third-party claims. Avoid
setting up multiple events for this attribute on the
cashbox. Payment to Client (no actual money will flow to the
client). Link this to the API cashbox. The API will use this to create the
loan. Avoid setting up multiple events for this attribute on the
cashbox. Discount (will function like a receipt). Set up
only one event of this discount event attribute type. Link this to the API
cashbox (MAXAPP - see below). The API will use this to create the discount
on the loan and DebiCheck mandate. Avoid creating duplicate events for
this attribute. Cash Box Setup: Go to Setups > Branches > Cash Boxes > Edit the
Cash Box for the API. Set up the events for the cash box and mark it so that the
MaxIntegrate API knows which cash box to use. The API will use this cashbox
to determine which events to utilize. Payment Collection
Setups MaxCollect General Setup: Go to Setups > MaxCollect >
General. The preferred CSP must be Allps so that the
IVC-MaxIntegrate integration knows which CSP to use. This is crucial for
creating the correct payback on the client. MaxCollect CSP User Setup: Go to Setups > MaxCollect > CSP
User. The API user must also be set up here to enable the
IVC-MaxIntegrate integration to create the mandate and discount on the
loan. User: [MaxMoney's API User] Branch: Branch on MaxMoney CSP User Name: [This must be an integration user
configured on Allps-i] Password: [This must be the password of the
integration user configured on Allps-i] CSP: Allps Computer Name: [This must be the machine name of the
integration user configured on Allps-i] Org Code: [As on Allps-i] Branch Code: [As on Allps-i] Terminal Type: None Enabled: Tick CSP Super User: Untick CSP Payout User: Untick Use Multi User Setup: Untick MaxCollect CSPs: Go to Setups > MaxCollect >
CSPs. The "preferred choice" checkbox must be selected so
that the IVC-MaxIntegrate integration knows it can use this setup when
creating the client and the loan's payback
information. Other Modules
Setups MAXAVR General Setup (for real-time bank account
verification): Go to Setups > MAXAVR >
General. Select the Loan Restriction options for the API. This
assists in automating decision-making. The API will use this information to
flag accounts that require warnings. MAXCONSUMER Setup (for credit report
integration): Go to Setups > MAXCONSUMER > MAXCONSUMER
Setup. Select the service
provider e.g., VeriCred so that the IVC-MaxIntegrate
integration knows which credit bureau the entity is using. Go to Setups > MAXCONSUMER >
VeriCred. Set up the validity periods. Select the Loan Restriction options for the API. This
assists in automating decision-making. MAXSMS General Setup: Go to Setups > MAXSMS >
General. To use OTP eSign for loans, select "TechnoMetrix Loan
OTP" OR "Esign Loan OTP." This indicates to IVC-MaxIntegrate that
an OTP should be sent to the remote borrower. Without the OTP, the API will
not be able to activate the loan application. Select the registered name to show on the Loan OTP
SMS. Select "Technometrix Loan Send Contract Link." The
API will use this setting to determine if it should send the loan
agreement's link via SMS to the
borrower.MAXMONEY Setups
