NAMFISA Management Summary Report
The NAMFISA Management Report is a summarized management
report (MLR-2) designed to assist you in completing the required values and
numbers for the NAMFISA online portal. This section outlines the
operational procedures for generating regulatory compliance reports in Namibia.
It specifically details how credit providers utilize the MaxMoney system to
fulfill mandatory NAMFISA reporting requirements through a structured digital
workflow. The guide covers essential configuration steps, such as linking
specific ledgers and assigning security roles, to ensure data accuracy. Users
are instructed on how to apply time-based filters and monitor the processing
status before downloading the final spreadsheet. Additionally, the text explains

Namibian financial sector. Important Note: NAMFISA can make changes to their online portal at any
point, so always verify against their latest requirements. To enable this report for a user, select "Namfisa Summary Report" on the
user's role. You can do this under Setups > Security >
Roles. To access the report, navigate to: Reporting > Management
> NAMFISA Management Summary Report. Before generating the report, ensure the necessary setup is completed in
MAXMONEY under Setups > Reporting > Summarized Management
Regulator Report. The report offers the following selection options: Start Date: Select the beginning of the reporting period. End Date: Select the end of the reporting period. Finish: Select this button to generate the report. Cancel: Select this button to cancel your request. To compare the amounts and numbers in this report, you may need to generate
the following additional reports: Financial Ledgers: Print the list of Ledgers under Setups
> Accounting > Financial Ledgers. Trial Balance: Under Reporting > Accounting >
Trial Balance, for the same date range. Income Statement: Under Reporting > Accounting >
Statement of Financial Performance, for the same date range. Balance Sheet: Under Reporting > Accounting >
Statement of Financial Position, for the same date range. Debtors Transaction Ageing Report: Under Reporting >
Accounting, with Transaction End Date = Reporting End Date and Hide
Zero Listings. Loan Transaction Ageing Report: A new report available under
Reporting > Administration. Client Report: Under Reporting > Client, from when
the first client was created. Detailed Loan Report: Under Reporting > Loan, for
the date range plus loan statuses Active, Paid, Written Off, and
Non-Performing. Loan Log: Under Reporting > Administration, for the
same date range. Receipts Between Dates: Under Reporting >
Accounting, for the same date range. The front page of the report will clearly state: Management Report Company Name: Your registered company name (as set up on the legal
entity). License Number: The business registration number as recorded in
MAXMONEY under Setups > General. Reporting Period: The selected start date and end date. This section assists you in completing the values for Other Income and
Grand Total on the NAMFISA online portal. Other Income: This is the sum of all other income/revenue ledgers
not individually listed on the income statement. Grand Total: This is the grand total of all income on the income
statement. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. These sections correspond to various Operating Expenses as required by
NAMFISA. 2.2.1 Operating Expenses (Part A) 2.2.2 Operating Expenses (Part B) 2.2.4 Operating Expenses (Part D) You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. This section provides information for your non-current assets. Property, Plant and Equipment: You must complete these values on
NAMFISA online. Other non-current assets: This is the sum of all other non-current
asset ledgers not individually listed on the balance sheet. This section details your current assets for NAMFISA reporting. Part 1.1 - Cash and Cash Equivalents held in Namibia: Cash at Bank:
You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. Part 1.2 - Cash on hand: You must complete these values on NAMFISA
online. Part 1.3 - Operational Accounts Receivable / Loans and advances to
customers Receivable: This section provides data to help you complete the
debtors ageing values on NAMFISA online. Part 1.4 - Provision for bad debt: You must complete these values on
NAMFISA online. Part 1.5 - Current Assets: You must complete these values on NAMFISA
online. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. Assets = Liabilities + Equity: The report provides data to help you
ensure this fundamental accounting equation balances. If the report does not balance, review the setup of your ledgers. Ensure
that the Financial Report and Financial Category are correctly
completed on each ledger. Sub-ledgers must have the same setup as their
corresponding main/control ledger, and the category must be set up for the
correct financial report. The amounts in this section are generated from the loan administration module
in MAXMONEY. Total Payment Received: This value should be in Namibian Dollar (N$)
and reflected on the management report. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. Gender by salaries: This section reflects the gross salary amounts
of the borrowers, not the number of borrowers. You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. Parts 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3 represent non-financial information, meaning NAMFISA
requires only numbers, not monetary values. Part 7.1: You must complete these values on NAMFISA online. Part 7.2: Similar to Part 15 (Loan disbursement breakdown by
gender), but here NAMFISA is looking for the number of loans, not the
loan amount. Part 7.3: You must complete these values on NAMFISA
