NCR Desktop Audit
Overview and Use
The NCR Desktop Audit Documents feature allows
users to view, download, and email essential compliance and financial documents
associated with a client's loan from a centralized location. 1. Administrator Setup
(Permissions)
Before users can access this
feature, it must be enabled in the administration settings. 2. Accessing NCR Desktop Audit
Documents
Once permissions are granted, the
feature can be accessed via the client management module.
Note on Button Availability
:The NCR Desktop
Audit Documents button will only be active and clickable if the
loan is not in any of the following statuses: 3. Document Table Overview
Clicking the button opens a table displaying specific
documents attached to both the loan and the client. Document Inclusion Rules
The system filters
and displays documents based on the following business logic: Document Type Mapping
The table aggregates
files based on the following specific system file types: 4. Table Layout and Actions
The document
table provides metadata and actionable controls for each file: Available Actions
Two buttons are located at the
bottom of the table to process the selected files: Configuration Note
:The
recipient email address for these documents is configured by an administrator
under:MAXMONEY > Setups > Reporting > Reports Email Setup. 5. Alternative Document Verification
