Overview

You can add, edit, and print a list of debt collectors through the Debt Collectors setup.

Navigation

To access the Debt Collector setup, navigate to Setups > Debt Collecting > Debt Collectors.

Functions Available

Once in the Debt Collectors section, you can perform the following functions:

• Add a New Debt Collector: Create a new entry for a debt collector.
• Edit Debt Collector: Modify the details of an existing debt collector.
• Print Debt Collectors: Generate a printable list of all debt collectors.

Debt Collector Fields

When adding or editing a debt collector, the following fields are available:

• Name: The full name of the debt collector.
• Short Name: A concise name or abbreviation for the debt collector.
• Classification: The classification or type of the debt collector.
• Enabled: A checkbox to indicate whether the debt collector is currently active or enabled in the system.
