Browse Enquiry History (Non Client)
To view all non-client Compuscan inquiries and manage associated documents,
navigate to Non Client > Compuscan Enquiry > Browse
Enquiry History (Non Client). From this page, you can also add a client to
the system based on a successful inquiry. The following details are displayed for each non-client inquiry: Date: The date the inquiry was performed. Name: The first name of the client as entered during the
inquiry. Surname: The surname of the client as entered during the
inquiry. ID Number: The ID number of the client as entered during the
inquiry. Compuscan Enq ID: The unique inquiry ID generated by
Compuscan. Compuscan Reference No: The unique Compuscan reference number
generated. This number will be displayed when a new loan is created. Credit Data: Indicates whether credit data was included in the
inquiry. CPA & NLR Data: Indicates whether CPA (Consumer Protection Act)
& NLR (National Loans Register) data was included in the inquiry. Compuscore: Indicates whether a Compuscore check was included in the
inquiry. Download: Click the document link to download and view the
information retrieved from the inquiry. Client: Select "Add to Client" to load the client's information into
the system under Client Administration. Go to Client: Use this button to navigate directly to the client's
profile in MAXMONEY under Client Administration. Add to Client: Use this button to import the non-client's details
into MAXMONEY, creating a new client profile under Client
Administration. Details: Use this function to add notes on the non-client. You can
also view who performed the inquiry and who last updated the note. Back: Click this button to return to the previous
