This section explains how to set up pop-up notifications for completed reports in MAXMONEY.

Overview

Certain reports in MAXMONEY require extensive calculations, meaning they take longer to generate than standard reports. You can monitor the progress of these reports by checking MAXMONEY > Processing Status.

You're free to continue working while these reports process in the background. Once a report is complete, MAXMONEY can automatically notify you with a convenient "pop-up" message.

Enabling Report Completion Notifications

To receive pop-up notifications when lengthy reports are finished:

1. Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles.

2. Select the specific role for which you want to enable these notifications.

3. Check the box labeled “Automatic Notification on Report Completion”.
