Payout Process
Schedule Setup
This section outlines the one-time setup
procedures for scheduling payout processes within the MaxMoney system.
3.1 Resources
To enable payout process scheduling, navigate to
Setups ? Security ? Roles ? Edit. Ensure the following resource
is enabled for the relevant user roles:
- Export Payout Process
Scheduling
For other related resources, please refer to the
"Setups - Ops MaxMoney Process Loan Export Loan Payouts" document.
3.2 Other Setups for Batch Payouts
Certain information is automatically pulled from
other system setups for batch payouts. The following components must be
configured to ensure the payout process gathers all necessary information.
3.2.1 File Layout
For detailed instructions on file layout setup,
as well as bank account, ledger, event, and cash box setup, refer to the "Setups
- Ops MaxMoney Process Loan Export Loan Payouts" document.
If you're encountering issues, start by
setting up:
- File Type: Set to
CSV or XLSX.
- Link field: Set to
Client bank account no.
3.2.2 Bank Account Setup
For detailed instructions on bank account setup,
as well as file layout, ledger, event, and cash box setup, refer to the "Setups
- Ops MaxMoney Process Loan Export Loan Payouts" document.
If you're encountering issues, start
by:
- Setting up only one configuration where the
payout export is enabled.
3.2.3 Ledger Setup
For detailed instructions on ledger setup, as
well as file layout, bank account, event, and cash box setup, refer to the
"Setups - Ops MaxMoney Process Loan Export Loan Payouts" document.
3.2.4 Event Setup

If you're encountering issues, check the
following:
- Confirm that the event is linked to your user's
cash box.
3.3 Setup the Payout Process Schedule
To set up the payout process schedule, navigate
to MaxMoney - Setups ? Payout Process Scheduling ? Payout Processes
Scheduled.
Configure the following fields:
- Description: Provide a clear description for the
process.
- File layout: Choose the desired file format
(e.g., CSV, XLSX) in which the payouts will be generated.
- Start Time: Select a specific
time for the process to begin. The back-end system checks every hour, and
again 30 minutes past the hour, for scheduled processes due in the next 30
minutes and processes them.
- Examples:
- If the start time is
14:00, the schedule will process at 14:00.
- If the start time is
14:20, the schedule will process at 14:00.
- If the start time is
14:30, the schedule will process at 14:30.
- If the start time is 14:45, the schedule
will process at 14:30. If you're encountering issues, start by
setting the minutes to :01 or :31.
- Start Loan Agreement Date
from: Specify how many days in the past the process should look for
unprocessed loan payouts. If you're encountering issues, start by
setting this to 1.
- Notification Email: Decide
whether the entity should receive an email notification when the process is
executed.
- The MAXMAIL module must
be enabled.
- An email will only be sent if the entity has
sufficient email credits.
- Email Users: Select the
user(s) who should receive the email notification. If you're
encountering issues, start by setting up only one user with a valid email
address.
- Notification SMS: Determine
whether the entity should receive an SMS notification when the process is
executed.
- The SMS module must be
enabled.
- An SMS will only be sent if the entity has
sufficient SMS credits.
- SMS Users: Select the
user(s) who should receive the SMS notification. If you're
encountering issues, start by setting up only one user with a valid mobile
phone number for the entity’s country.
- Enabled: Ensure this checkbox is selected for
the process to run. If unchecked, the process will not execute.
- Payment to Client: Specify
which payout transactions the process should include in the file.
Note: If a payout transaction has already been processed for
a payout file, it will not be included again. You can verify this in the
"Payment to Client" report.
