Input Selection & Filtering

User Inputs (AskWindow):

Branch: Select target branch(es)
Start Date: Loan Written Off Start Date
End Date: Loan Written Off End Date

Report Filters & Grouping:

Date Filter: Applied to the Loan Written Off Date (retrieved from the loan log)
Loan Status: Written Off
Grouping & Sorting: Group by Loan Product; sort alphabetically by Loan Product Description

Report Columns & Logic

Note: All values reflect only the written-off portion of the loan.

Column Heading Description & Calculation Logic

Description Displays all Loan Products with recorded write-offs in the period. Grouped and summed per product; sorted alphabetically.

Count Total number of loan agreements written off per Loan Product during the selected period.

Avg Capital
Average original capital per product:

$\text{Avg Capital} = \frac{\sum \text{Total Capital of Loan}}{\text{Count of Loans}}$

Total Total amount written off per Loan Product.

Capital Total capital written off per Loan Product.

Interest Total interest written off per Loan Product.

VAS Value-Added Services. Hardcoded to 0.00.

Insurance Total insurance premium written off (including VAT) per Loan Product.

In Default Interest Total default interest written off per Loan Product.

In Default Service Fee Total default period service fees written off (excluding VAT) per Loan Product.

Initiation Fee Total initiation fee written off (excluding VAT) per Loan Product.

Service Fee Total regular service fees written off (excluding VAT) per Loan Product.

VAT
Sum of VAT on written-off fees per Loan Product:
