Print Salesperson
To print a list of your salespeople, navigate to Setup > Sales
People, then click the Print button. Maintaining a record of your sales team allows you to easily assign a
salesperson to each new client. This information is valuable for managing
commission payouts and resolving client inquiries efficiently. After clicking the Print button, a list of your salespeople will be
generated, displaying the following details for each: Name: The salesperson's full name. Short Name: A shortened name for the salesperson. Enabled: Indicates if the salesperson is currently active. Classification: The assigned classification for the
salesperson. Record Date: The date the salesperson's record was created. Record Time: The local time the salesperson's record was
created. Record User: The user who created the salesperson's record. Update Date: The date the salesperson's record was last
updated. Update Time: The local time the salesperson's record was last
updated. Update User: The user who last updated the salesperson's
record. Back to Sales People Setup: Click this button to return to the
previous screen. Email Report: Click this button to email the generated
