This feature allows you to efficiently update the payback information for multiple clients in a single batch process.

Step 1: Navigation

• Navigate: Go to MaxMoney > Processing > Client > Process Client Change Payback type Batch.

Step 2: Specify Changes:

• Current Payback Information : Select the current payback method you want to update (e.g., "Cash", "Debit Order").
• New Payback Information : Enter the new desired payback method for the selected clients (e.g., "Debit Order", "Bank Deposit").

Step 3: Review Changes :

• Carefully review the changes to ensure accuracy.

Step 4: Confirm and Execute :

• Confirm Changes : Select "Yes" to confirm the changes and initiate the batch process.
• Click Finish : The batch process will be added to the queue.

Step 5: View Results :

• Once the process is "Completed," click on the process entry to view the results and any associated logs.
