Log for
Automatic Receipting of Integrated Payments
This section explains how to view logs for
automatically receipted integrated payments. If you're using Real Pay
Integration in MaxMoney, refer to the following link: Processing >
Logs > MaxCollect PHI Import.
User Access
To ensure users can view these logs, the
appropriate role must be enabled:
- Go to Setup > Security >
Roles.
- Under the Processing section,
confirm that the Processing: View Logs option is selected for
the user's role.
Viewing the Log
Each time an import is executed, a new log entry
is created. You can choose to view logs for Today,
Yesterday, or All entries. The newest log
entries will always display at the top.
To view logs within a specific period, select
your desired Date Range From and To dates,
then click the Submit tab.
Displayed Columns
The following information is displayed in the
log:
- CSP: This shows the Payment Collection Service
Provider that was used.
- CSP Setup: This indicates the System Receipt
type used for the process.
- Status: This is the status of the executed
process.
- Response: This provides the reason, along with a
code, for the process's outcome.
- No. of Entries: This is the total number of
entries in the processed file.
- No. of Errors: This is the number of errors that
occurred during the process.
- Start Date: This is the starting date of the
process.
- Start Time: This is the starting time of the
process. The local time will display on the log/report.
- End Date: This is the date on which the process
ended.
- End Time: This is the time at
which the process ended. The local time will display on the
log/report.
Actions
The following buttons are available to interact
with the log entries:
- Details: Click to view the individual entries
that were processed.
- Print Success: Print a report of the successful
MaxCollect PHI entries.
- Print Error: Print a report of the errors
encountered during the MaxCollect PHI process.
- Print All: Print a comprehensive report
including all MaxCollect PHI entries.
- Back: Return to the previous
page.
