This section explains how to view logs for SMS messages sent through the system.

Overview

Each time the MaxSMS process is executed, a log entry is created.

To access these logs, navigate to Processing > Logs > MaxSMS.

User Access

To ensure users can view these logs, the appropriate role must be enabled:

1. Go to Setup > Security > Roles.
2. Under the Processing section, confirm that the Processing: View Logs option is selected for the user's role.

Viewing the Log

A new log is created every time an SMS import or sending process runs. You can choose to view logs for Today, Yesterday, or All entries. The newest log entries will always be displayed at the top.

To view logs within a specific period, select your desired Date Range From and To dates, then click the Submit tab.

Displayed Columns

The following information is displayed in the log:

• Batch Date: The date on which the SMS sending process was executed.
• Batch Time: The time on which the SMS sending process was executed.
• SMS Type: The type of SMS that was processed (e.g., notification, marketing).
• Total SMS Sent: The total number of SMS messages in the processed batch.
• Number of Successful: The number of SMS messages that were successfully sent.
• Number of Errors: The number of errors that occurred during the batch process.
• User: The user who processed the batch. If the user is "System," it means an automatic batch processed it.

Actions

The following buttons are available to interact with the log entries:

• Details: Click to view the individual entries that were processed.
• Back: Click to return to the previous page.
