Log for Bulk
Receipt Imports
This section explains how to view logs for the bulk
import of receipts.
Overview
Each time you execute a Receipt
Import, a log entry is created. You can view all processed receipt
imports for a selected date range.
To access these logs, navigate to
Processing > Logs > Receipt Import.
User Access
To ensure users can view these logs, the
appropriate role must be enabled:
- Go to Setup > Security >
Roles.
- Under the Processing section,
confirm that the Processing: View Logs option is selected for
the user's role.
Viewing the Log
A new log is created every time an import is
executed. You can choose to view logs for Today,
Yesterday, or All entries. The newest log
entries will always be displayed at the top.
To view logs within a specific period, select
your desired Date Range From and To dates,
then click the Submit tab.
Displayed Columns
The following information is displayed in the
log:
- Import Date: The date on which the process was
executed.
- Bank Account: The bank account of the legal
entity.
- Import File Layout: The layout used for the
input file.
- Number of Entries: The total
number of entries that were processed. This number also appears in the
Detail Screen.
- Number of Successful
Entries: The number of entries that were successfully processed. You
can view the Report for details, and this number also appears
in the Detailed Screen.
- Number of Failed Entries:
The number of entries that failed during the import. You can view the
Log to see why they failed, and this number also appears in
the Detailed Screen.
- Record Date: The date when the Receipt Import
was performed.
- Record Time: The time when the Receipt Import
was performed.
- Record User: The user who
performed the Receipt Import.
Actions
The following buttons are available to interact
with the log entries:
- Details: Click to view the individual entries
that were processed.
- Report: Click to view the original report on the
transactions that were successfully processed.
- Log: Click to view the exact time the process
was executed, along with any errors that occurred and their descriptions.
- Back: Click to return to the
previous page.
