Client Status Workflow Batch
This section explains how to view logs for bulk
client status changes processed by the system. Every time the Process Client Status
Workflow Batch runs, a detailed log is created. This batch process
automatically updates client statuses based on predefined workflow
hierarchies. To access these logs, go to Processing
> Logs > Client Status Workflow Batch. To ensure users can view these logs, the
appropriate role must be enabled: The client status workflow batch runs
automatically every Sunday at 20:00 GMT. Each time an import is executed, a log is
created. You can filter these logs to view entries for Today,
Yesterday, or All. The newest entries always
appear at the top. To filter by a specific date range, select your
Date Range From and To dates, then click
Submit. The following information is displayed in the
