Log for Client Status Change in Bulk

This section explains how to view logs for bulk client status changes processed by the system.

Overview

Every time the Process Client Status Workflow Batch runs, a detailed log is created. This batch process automatically updates client statuses based on predefined workflow hierarchies.

To access these logs, go to Processing > Logs > Client Status Workflow Batch.

User Access

To ensure users can view these logs, the appropriate role must be enabled:

  1. Go to Setup > Security > Roles.
  2. Under the Processing section, confirm that the Processing: View Logs option is selected for the user's role.

Batch Processing Details

The client status workflow batch runs automatically every Sunday at 20:00 GMT.

Viewing the Log

Each time an import is executed, a log is created. You can filter these logs to view entries for Today, Yesterday, or All. The newest entries always appear at the top.

To filter by a specific date range, select your Date Range From and To dates, then click Submit.
