Sending Bulk Repeat Loan SMS
Messages
This section explains how to send bulk SMS messages
to clients eligible for a repeat loan.
Overview
The Repeat Loan option within
MAXSMS allows you to send an SMS message to all clients who are fully paid up,
have a "Good" status, and have "New Loans Allowed" enabled for a specified
period.
Note: The MAXSMS module must be
activated for your legal entity on the back-end to use this feature.
Sending the Message
To send repeat loan SMS messages:
- Navigate to Processing > MAXSMS
> Send SMS to Repeat Loan.
- The SMS will be sent to "Good Clients" with
"New Loans Allowed" enabled, and their previous loans must be fully paid.
- You can filter clients by employer:
- Employer Search: Enter the
full or partial name of an employer and click the Search
button. The "Employer" dropdown list will then show possible matches.
- Employer: Select the
specific employer from the dropdown list. If you don't want to filter by a
specific employer, leave this field empty.
Buttons
- Continue: Click this button
to proceed. The next screen will display the total number of SMS messages to
be sent and the content of the message.
- Back: Click this button to
cancel the request.
