Send SMS to CRM
This section outlines how to send bulk SMS messages
to your clients through the MAXSMS module. You can send SMS messages to clients based on
their Client Status or to All Client
Statuses. To access this feature, navigate to
Processing > MAXSMS. Note: The MAXSMS module must be
activated for your legal entity on the back-end to use this feature. Before sending, the system will display the
number of SMS messages remaining, already
sent, and your monthly limit. The process will prompt you for the following
information: Once you have provided the required information,
you will have the opportunity to review your message and the client list before
sending. The following information will be displayed for
your review: After clicking the Send button,
you will receive a log detailing the number of successful SMS messages
