Sending Bulk CRM SMS Messages

This section outlines how to send bulk SMS messages to your clients through the MAXSMS module.


Overview

You can send SMS messages to clients based on their Client Status or to All Client Statuses.

To access this feature, navigate to Processing > MAXSMS.

Note: The MAXSMS module must be activated for your legal entity on the back-end to use this feature.


Process Details

Before sending, the system will display the number of SMS messages remaining, already sent, and your monthly limit.

The process will prompt you for the following information:


Review and Send

Once you have provided the required information, you will have the opportunity to review your message and the client list before sending.

After clicking the Send button, you will receive a log detailing the number of successful SMS messages sent and the number of failed SMS messages.
