Reschedule of Payback Instruction Instalment Arrears
This section explains how to reschedule a batch of Payment
Instruction Instalments (PII) without affecting the corresponding loan
instalment dates.
To access this feature, you'll need the correct
security settings in MAXMONEY. Under Setup > Security >
Roles, ensure your role includes the following resource: This function allows you to change the payment date of
instruction instalments in arrears on the Customer Service Point (CSP) without
altering the loan instalment dates. This procedure will apply to all CSPs
configured in your MaxCollect setup.
To begin, navigate to Processing >
MaxCollect > Reschedule Payback Instruction Instalment Arrears. An "Ask Window" will appear, presenting you with the following
filters to narrow down your selection:
New Scheduling
Parameters Client
(Optional) Payback Instruction
Instalment
Employer
(Optional) After applying your filters, the matching entries will be
displayed.
You can then: Once your selections are made, click
"Reschedule Selected Instalments" to submit your
