This section explains how to retrieve SMS responses in bulk using the MAXSMS module.

Overview

The MAXSMS module allows you to process and view various SMS-related activities, including getting responses from clients.

Note: The MAXSMS module must be activated for your legal entity on the back-end to use this feature.

Process

To get SMS responses:

1. Navigate to Processing > MAXSMS.
2. Select the option to Get a SMS Response.
3. Upon successful completion, you will see the message: "The MaxSMS Response Process updated".
4. You can then Return to Processing MaxSMS Menu to continue.
