This section describes how to export loan data, formatted specifically for Legal Soft, typically for debt collection purposes.

To access this process, navigate to Processing > Debt Collecting > Export Loan Handover Legal Soft.

Process Functionality

This feature allows you to export comprehensive loan data for a specified date range. You can use various filters to narrow down the loans included in the export, ensuring the output is tailored for Legal Soft's requirements.

Filter and Selection Options

You can refine your export by applying filters in the following categories:

General

• Loan Branch: Filter by the branch where the loan was originally created.
• Region: Filter by the region where the loan was created.
• User: Filter by the specific user who created the loan.
• Client Status: Filter by the client's current status. Options include:
  • All
  • Awaiting Approval
  • New
  • Good
  • Risky
  • Tracing
  • Debt Collecting
  • Impaired Record
  • Deceased

Transaction

• Written Off Start Date: Specify the earliest date for loans that have been written off.
• Written Off End Date: Specify the latest date for loans that have been written off.

Loan

• Loan Start Date: Specify the earliest loan agreement date to include.
• Loan End Date: Specify the latest loan agreement date to include.
• Hand Over Start Date: Specify the earliest date when loans were handed over.
• Hand Over End Date: Specify the latest date when loans were handed over.
• Loan Status: Filter by the current status of the loan. Options include:
  • Application
  • Not Approved
  • Active
  • Paid
  • Written Off
  • Cancelled
  • Non-Performing

Process Actions

• Cancel: Click to return to the previous page without processing the export.
• Finish: Click to initiate the export process. This will generate a file specifically formatted for Legal Soft.
