Quick Add a New Client

Overview

The "Quick Add a New Client" feature provides a fast and efficient way to create a new client profile in the system using only the minimum required information. This function is ideal for situations where a complete, detailed client profile is not immediately necessary, allowing you to capture essential details quickly and complete the full profile at a later time.

Prerequisites: Required Permissions

To use this feature, specific user permissions must be enabled by an administrator.

To enable this permission, an administrator must navigate to Setup > Security > Roles, select the relevant user role, and activate the resource listed above.


How to Quick Add a New Client:

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Client Administration.
  2. Select the option Quick Add a New Client.
  3. The "Quick Add" screen will open, presenting a form with a limited number of fields.
  4. Fill in the client's essential details. Required fields are typically marked with an asterisk (*).
  5. Once all necessary information is entered, click the Save or Finish button to create the new client record.

The client profile will now be created in the system and can be searched for in Client Administration to add more detailed information later.
