Print a Receipt

1. Overview

This section describes how to view and print a previously processed receipt for a client's loan. You can generate a copy of the receipt at any time after the original transaction has been completed.

2. Accessing the Print Function

  1. Navigate to Client Administration.
  2. Search for and select the desired client.
  3. Click the Loans button.
  4. Select the relevant loan from the list.
  5. Click the Receipt button.
  6. A list of historical receipts for the loan will be displayed. Click the Print button next to the desired receipt.

3. Viewing and Printing the Receipt

To generate the document, click the hyperlink that appears on the screen.


4. Receipt Details

The generated receipt document will contain the following information:

Legal Entity Name | Branch Name | | Date of Printing | Time of Printing | | Receipt Number | Client Number | | Client ID Number | Client Name | | Transaction Date | Receipt Time | | Effective Date | Description | | Total Outstanding | Amount Received | | Loan Receipt Amount | Amount Not Allocated | | Change Given | |
