Client Log
Overview
The Client Log Report is an essential
auditing tool that provides a detailed history of all significant changes made
to a client's profile. It allows you to track what was changed, who made the
change, and when it occurred. This is crucial for maintaining data integrity,
investigating issues, and monitoring user activity.

Overview
Changes to any of the following fields
in a client's profile will be recorded in this report:

Client Status (e.g., Active, Written Off)

Client Number

Nett Salary
-
Cellphone Number (and enrollment status)

Percentage of Salary Available

Employer and Pay Point
-
Bank Account Details (Account Number, Branch Code,
Type, Limit, Card Expiry)

Bank Card Number (securely displayed as

Payment Details (Day, Frequency, Rule, Move
Direction)

CSP Preference and Tracking Settings

Pre-Representment Days (including December-specific
rules)

Accessing
the Report
Navigate to the report
within MAXMONEY by following this path:
4. Using Report
Filters
GENERAL
FILTERS

Branch: View logs for clients
assigned to a specific branch.

Region: View logs for clients within a specific
region.

User: See all changes made by a specific user.
-
Create Spreadsheet: Select Yes to export the results
directly to an Excel file.
CLIENT
-SPECIFIC FILTERS
-
Client Number Range: Enter
a starting and ending client number to focus on a specific range of clients.

Date Range: Select a start and end date for when the
changes were made.

Note: The maximum period for this filter is 400 days.
You will receive an error if the selected range is longer.

View Changes on: This powerful filter allows you to
see specific types of changes. You can select:

All: Shows all logged changes.

Bank Detail: Shows only changes made to the client's
banking information.

Basic Client Information: Shows changes to
fundamental client details like name, contact info, and employer.

Client Status: Shows only when a client's status was
changed (e.g., from Active to Written Off).

Home Branch: Shows when a client's assigned branch
was changed.

Payback Type: Shows changes related to the client's
payment method or schedule.
