The Loan Home Branch Deviation Report identifies loans where the loan's branch location differs from the client's home branch. This report is useful for ensuring consistency and accuracy in loan records.

Accessing the Report

MAXMONEY:

• Navigate to Reporting > Administration > Loan Home Branch Deviation Report.

Report Filters

• Branch: Optionally specify a specific branch for which to generate the report.
• Region: Optionally specify a specific region for which to generate the report.
• User: Optionally specify a specific user for which to generate the report.
• Create Spreadsheet: Indicates whether to generate the report in a spreadsheet format.
• Filter On: Choose whether to filter the report by client or loan.
• Loan Creation Start Date: A required field specifying the beginning date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).
• Loan Creation End Date: A required field specifying the ending date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).

Report Actions

• Finish: Generates the Loan Home Branch Deviation report.
• Cancel: Cancels the report generation process and returns to the previous page.

• Back to Filter Option: Returns the user to the previous page to modify the report filters.
• Email Report: Sends the generated report to the specified email addresses.
