The User Login Statistics Report provides a detailed analysis of user login activity within MAXMONEY: login frequency, when the user was created, and when the user details were modified. This report is helpful for monitoring user access patterns and identifying potential security issues.

Accessing the Report

MAXMONEY:

• Navigate to Reporting > Administration > User Login Statistics Report.

Report Filters

• Login Start Date: A required field specifying the beginning date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).
• Login End Date: A required field specifying the ending date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).
• Create Spreadsheet: Indicates whether to generate the report in a spreadsheet format.

Report Actions

Finish: Generates the User Login Statistics report.

Cancel: Cancels the report generation process and returns to the previous page.

Output Options

• HTML: The report will open in your web browser. You can save it as a PDF.
• Spreadsheet: The generated report can be exported in a spreadsheet format (Excel or Open Office) for further analysis and customization.
• Email: The report can be emailed to specific users. Ensure that the necessary email address setups are configured.
