The User Login Audit Report provides a detailed record of user login activities within MAXMONEY. This report is useful for monitoring system access, identifying security breaches, and analysing user behaviour.

This will report on the Dates and Times that Users logged into the system.

Accessing the Report

• The Security option is available under the Report Section of the Role:
• Setup > Reporting > User Login Audit Report

MAXMONEY:

• Navigate to Reporting > Administration > User Login Audit Report.

Report Filters

• Branch: Optionally specify a specific branch for which to generate the report.
• Region: Optionally specify a specific region for which to generate the report.
• User: Optionally specify a specific user for which to generate the report.
• Create Spreadsheet: Indicates whether to generate the report in a spreadsheet format.
• Login Start Date: A required field specifying the beginning date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).
• Login End Date: A required field specifying the ending date of the desired date range (format: dd/mm/yyyy).

Report Actions

• Finish: Generates the User Login Audit report.
• Cancel: Cancels the report generation process and returns to the previous page.
