Late Payment Report
Overview
To access the Late Payment Audit Report, navigate to Reporting > Auditing
> Late Payment Audit Report. This report is available to users with the
appropriate security permissions under Setup > Reporting > Audit Late
Payment Report.
Filters and Selections
General:

Branch: Specify a particular branch for the report.

Region: Select a specific region for the report.

User: Choose a specific user or select "All" to include all users.

File Format: Select either XLSX or XLS for the report output.
Client:
-
Client Number Start/End: Define a range of client numbers.

Status: Filter by client status (e.g., Awaiting Approval, New, Good, Risky,
Tracing, Debt Collecting, Impaired Record, Deceased, See Note).

Payment Frequency: Specify a particular payment frequency (e.g., Fortnightly,
Monthly, Monthly by Rule, Weekly).
Loan:

Loan Number Start/End: Define a range of loan numbers.

Instalment Date Start/End: Choose a date range for due instalments (format:
dd/mm/yyyy).

Loan Product: Select a specific loan product.
-
Payback Type: Filter by payback type.

Salesperson: Choose the salesperson involved in the loan.
Employer:

Employer Search: Use the asterisk (*) to search for all employers or enter a
specific employer name.

Employer: Select a specific employer.
-
Classification: Filter by employer classification.
-
Economic Sector: Filter by employer economic sector.
Report Actions
Printing and Output

Print: Print the report directly.

View: View the report on the screen.

Email: Send the report to a specific user. Ensure that the necessary email
setup has been completed in Setup > Security > Users and Setup >
Branches > Cash Box.

Security > Users before using the email functionality.
