Overview
The Client Report is the most comprehensive
report in MAXMONEY, providing an extensive
range of data on your clients. It allows you to generate detailed
lists of clients based on a wide variety of filters, including their homing branch,
bank, or employer. This functionality enables efficient client management and in-depth
analysis. This report is also available for
consortiums.
Navigation

Single Entity: To access the report,
navigate to Reporting > Client > Client Report.

2. Generating the
Report
The Client Report utilizes a
comprehensive set of filters to refine the data to your specific needs. You can
drill down into information by branch, salesperson, date ranges, and much
more.
2.1. Filters and
Selections
The available selections are
grouped into three main categories: GENERAL, CLIENT, and
EMPLOYER.
GENERAL

Branch: Generate the report
for clients associated with a specific branch.

Region: Generate the report
for clients within a specific region.

User: Generate the report for
clients created by a specific system user.
-
Salesperson: Generate the
report for clients assigned to a specific salesperson.
-
File Format: Select the
output format for the report. Choose between XLS and XLSX. This is a required
selection.
CLIENT
-
New Loan Allowed: Filter
clients based on whether the "No new contracts Allowed" checkbox is selected.
Options are:

Yes: Only clients for whom
new loans are allowed.

No: Only clients for whom new
loans are not allowed.
-
All: Include all clients
regardless of their new loan status.

Start/End Client Number:
Generate the report for a specific range of client numbers.

Client Status: Select a
specific client status (e.g., Active, Inactive) or all statuses.

Client Payback Frequency:
Select a specific payment frequency or leave blank to include all frequencies.

Client Area: Select a
specific client residential area or leave blank to include all areas.

Bank: Select a specific bank
or leave blank to include all banks.

Bank Account Type: Choose
between the client's Payout Account or Payback Account.

Creation Start/End Date:
Specify the date range for when the clients were created. Both fields are
required and the date format is dd/mm/yyyy. The report will only include clients created within this range.

Receipt Type: Select a
specific payback type or leave blank to include all types.

Calculate Settlement Amount:
Select this option to include the settlement amount for each client in the
report.

Only Change available and
non-loan Debt: Tick this box to display only clients who have change available
and/or non-loan debt.
EMPLOYER
-
Employer Search: Type all or
part of an employer's name and click Search. The results will populate the
Employer drop-down list.

Employer: Select a specific
employer or leave blank to include all. Employers must be pre-configured via
Employer > Add New Employer.

PayPoint: Select a specific paypoint or leave blank to include all. Paypoints must be pre-configured.

Classification: Select a
specific employer classification or leave blank to include all. These
classifications are user-defined to align with your business practices.

Economic Sector: Select a
specific economic sector or all sectors.
2.2. Executing the
Report
After configuring your
filters, use the following buttons:

Report
3.1. Report
Processing
Due to the extensive
calculations involved, some reports may take longer to process. A status
indicator will show the progress. Please wait until the status changes to
Completed.
3.2. Output
Format
Once processing is complete,
a hyperlink (e.g., XLSX: Client Detail Report) will appear.

Spreadsheet: Clicking the
link will download the report in your selected format (XLS or XLSX). You can
open this file in applications like Microsoft Excel or Open Office for further
sorting and analysis.

Email: The report can also be
emailed directly to the user who generated it, provided their email address is
correctly configured in the system.

5. Navigating the Report
Output
From the generated report
screen, the following navigation buttons are available:

Back to the Processing
Status: Click to return to the previous screen showing the report processing
status.

Back to Filter Option: Click
to return to the report filter selection screen to modify your criteria and run
the report again.

Email Report: Click to email
the generated report.
